Rubbish and Recycling on Tuesdays!
The rubbish collection and recycling day for Whichford and Ascott is Tuesday. Residents should have dark grey wheelie bins for rubbish that cannot be recycled and blue lidded bins for recycling a variety of items, including cardboard and plastic bottles.
Rubbish that cannot be recycled, in the dark grey bin, will be emptied every other Tuesday and recycling and green garden waste will be emptied on the Tuesdays that the dark grey bin is not emptied. The collection of green garden waste stops for the winter in November.

Garden Waste Shredding Service
Warwickshire County Council run a garden waste shredding service. It currently costs £20 per hour and a van incorporating the shredder will come to you; but it must work on hard standing. The shredded waste is left for you to compost.
